The Refuge of the Estanys de la Pera was built in 1957 by the FEEC<\/a>. It is a cozy refuge where you can enjoy good cuisine and wide views towards Cerdanya and the Serra del Cad\u00ed, as it is located at an altitude of 2.357m.<\/span><\/h2>[vc_column_text]In the summer, it is an ideal place for families with children, due to the short and easy trail that leads to the refuge runs along the river and passes by a waterfall and two ponds. Apart from the many excursions on foot, the refuge can be accessed by mountain bike or gravel through a very comfortable track, leaving both from Lles de Cerdanya and from Martinet, depending on how much you want to accumulate.<\/p>\n

And, for those who love climbing, just 10 minutes from the refuge, there are numerous well-equipped sports climbing routes for all levels. By car (ALL YEAR)<\/h2><\/div><\/div>[vc_column_text]In Martinet we take the LV-4036 road towards Ar\u00e0nser. Once we reach the town, we cross it and continue up the road to the car park of the Aransa nordic ski resort (el Fornell). At this point, we will have to park and continue on foot. If it is August, here we can take the shuttle bus service to Pollineres.<\/p>\n

Both in summer and winter, the track leading to Pollineres is closed. From the parking of the Aransa ski resort, you will have to continue on foot along a well-marked path that leaves behind the restaurant and will take you in 1h 30\u2032 to Pollineres. Here, you will continue along the riverbank, along a path (GR11.10), which goes up to the refuge (total 2h 15\u2032).<\/p>\n

IN AUGUST, FROM THE SHUTTLE BUS STOP: POLLINERES (45\u2032)<\/strong><\/p>\n

The shuttle bus will take you to the picnic area of \u200b\u200bPollineres. From here, you will continue on foot along the river bank, where there is a well-marked path (GR11.10), which goes up to the refuge (45min).<\/p>\n

Public transport from Andorra<\/h2><\/div><\/div>[vc_column_text]You can take a bus from Barcelona to Andorra la Vella (ANDBUS<\/a>). From here you follow the GR11.10 to the port of Perafita and the Refugi dels Estanys de la Pera (13 km and 1500m of elevation gain).<\/p>\n
